The Tennessee Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence is a partnership between the Tennessee Department of Health and the University of Tennessee. The Center serves as a resource for local, state, and federal public health professionals to respond to foodborne illness outbreaks.

Tennessee Integrated Food Safety Centers of Excellence announces the completion of an online training entitled Foodborne Outbreak Investigation and Response Team Roles and Responsibilities: Part A. This course is located on the Learning Management Center of the Center for Agriculture and Food Security and Preparedness.
