WHAT: The National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) are pleased to present a sharing session on the Voluntary National Retail Food Regulatory Program (Retail Program Standards) Standards 3 (Inspection Program Based on HACCP Principles) and 6 (Compliance and Enforcement).
The session will start with an overview of Standard 3 and 6 and resources that are available to assist jurisdictions in meeting the Standards. Presenters from local jurisdictions will then describe the relationship between the two standards, how they have worked to conform to the Standard requirements, and share tips and resources they have learned from the process.
Participants will have the opportunity to share their own experiences and ask questions throughout the session.
