You are invited to participate in a survey about a future website that supports the efforts of the CDC Integrated Food Safety Centers of Excellence (CoEs). The CoEs build capacity in other states, tribes and territories by developing and providing online and in-person resources, training, and assistance for enteric disease surveillance and outbreak investigations; identifying and implementing best practices in foodborne disease surveillance; and serving as a resource for public health professionals at state, local, tribal, territorial and regional levels.

Each CoE serves a specific region of the country and develops resources, training and tools for public health, regulatory and laboratory professionals. The developed resources, training and tools will be made available on a future website known as the CoE Products website.

The survey aims to solicit input from potential website users to consider as part of the design of this future website.  The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Please feel free to forward this survey to others that you think might be a potential user of the future CoE Products website. The survey is available from March 5, 2020 until March 19, 2020. Your participation in the survey is completely voluntary.

If you have any questions or comments, please send them to cafsp@utk.edu.
